Our Holistic Approach to Wellness Focuses on 3 Areas
We offer group and personal training sessions with a focus on speed, agility, strength conditioning, and sport specific training for young athletes. Additionally, we offer boxing and MMA training through Assassin Fight Club. Not only do we focus on physically training our bodies, but we also teach the nutritional aspects of body health. Everything we offer is for all ages and takes place in a community culture and environment.
At CCW, we address the mental and emotional side of our being as well. Our balanced mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual approach is reflected through relational emphasis in our programming, community events, and every aspect and facet of our group trainings, summer camps, and classes. We are pursuing not just physical transformation but also mental and spiritual transformation as a whole, both individually and collectively.
We have discussion based opportunities as part of our group fitness programs that feed the spirit part of our being. Additionally, we offer a free body, soul, and spirit approach every Saturday with our Faith and Fitness class. In this hour you are exposed to all three aspects of our holistic approach and community culture. All are welcome to join our family at CCW.
